Hopefully....

Tonight, we received an offer and have made a verbal counter offer. Hopefully, the buyers will respond favorably so that we can move forward. Please pr*y that things will continue on schedule. So far, we've seen G*d take care of us at the "last minute" throughout this process. It looks like this could be the case once again. We have just under four weeks before we are set to arrive in VA. Thank you for being so faithful in your pr*yer efforts! Please keep it up! We enjoyed watching G*d work. It's just that we have to squint sometimes to see it take place!

Update

I wish I could give a more definitive update. We know the original buyer is still interested, but is working on getting the financing he needs. If things don't work out for him to purchase the house right now, we may pursue the lease option. We've had a couple of showings that haven't panned out to anything, thus far. We're still planning and preparing with the mindset that we are headed to Virginia at the end of July. I'm in the application process with SBTS to pursue a degree in intercultural leadership.
