Saturday, some people from our training group ran in a half marathon. The race was good...pretty flat, lots of humidy and lots of people (1,300). I think I finished 427. It was a fun race.
Cool! Thanks for posting the video. I'm up to 3 miles now...it sure does clear the head and give you time to be alone with the Lord. Glad you're getting a little time to run. Tell Val hi!
